Everyday Mindfulness & Stress Management for Teens
This series for teens (ages 14-18) is intended to strengthen emotional regulation and attention, expand students' repertoire of stress management skills, and help them integrate mindfulness into daily life. Each session includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness skills in a group setting.
