Where exactly are your hip joints? If you don't know, it's okay -- most people don't! But finding out can make a big difference in the mobility of your spine and pelvis. After we find them, then we'll explore all the ways they can move in order to make our yoga practice -- and life in general -- so much easier. Each class will consist of an Awareness Through Movement process designed to help you investigate your habitual patterns of movement and create new, easier patterns. And if the hips improve, so will everything else!
