Relaxation and Yoga for Teens (Ages 12-18)
In Relaxation and Yoga for Teens, teens ages 12 to 18 practice mindful awareness and acceptance in a supportive community. Using the tools of yogic breathing, poses, and systematic relaxation, students learn to create focus and calm in body and mind. This is a great opportunity for teens to step out of their busy lives, relax, and have fun! This class offers teens an opportunity to practice yoga and mindfulness in a supportive environment where everyone is accepted and welcome.
