When stress is gripping you, how can you let it go? Practice restorative yoga. Restorative yoga allows you to relieve stress by relaxing the muscles, easing the breath, and calming the mind. In this mini series, you will rest deeply in passive poses—completely supported by blankets, bolsters and other props—so that you can unplug from stress and plug into that part of yourself that is always at ease and full of joy.
