Teen Yoga (Ages 12-18)
Teen Yoga provides students with a chance to relax and learn to be mindful while practicing playful and challenging yoga sequences with their peers. All teens, from the artist to the athlete, can benefit from the physical and mental benefits of this class. Students will build strength and flexibility, and they will feel at ease in a class that is designed to be accepting, fun, and non-competitive. All teens welcome; no yoga experience is necessary.
