Yoga and Pranayama Level 1-2
Yoga and Pranayama is a class for students who are interested in learning about yoga as a path for spiritual awakening. Classes include a combination of simple yet challenging physical movement, breathing exercises, music, chanting, and meditation. Yoga wisdom and philosophy are shared, inviting students to explore new ways of deepening their practice and self-awareness. Students feel the effects of transformation quickly, feeling energized, joyful and radiant after each class.
