Classes are “All Levels,” which means that all are welcome. Donations will be accepted at the door; no advance registration.

Join us for sitting and walking meditation and a facilitated discussion. No experience necessary. Introduction for newcomers on the first Monday of each month starting at 6:15 pm. No fee; donations welcome. Learn more.
Yoga for Women Cancer Survivors

This gentle class for women with breast cancer and other cancers includes breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate during and after cancer treatment. Suggested donation: $10+. Learn more.
