Monday Night Mindfulness
Every Monday, 7 – 8:30 pm
Monday Night Mindfulness will continue each Monday through the Holiday Break.
Join us for sitting and walking meditation and a facilitated discussion. No experience necessary. Introduction for newcomers on the first Monday of each month starting at 6:15 pm. No fee; donations welcome. Read more.

Every Saturday (except during session breaks), 12:30-1:30 pm
Join us for a Free Community Class each Saturday, 12:30-1:30pm. Classes are “All Levels,” which means that all are welcome.
