Circle Yoga offers yoga classes where moms-to-be and new moms can build strength and flexibility, relax their bodies and minds, and find a supportive community of students and teachers. Our Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga classes are offered as Mini Series. Students can sign up for a full series, or we’ll gladly prorate registration fees for students who sign up after the session has begun. Registered students can take advantage of our flexible make-up policy. Drop-ins are also welcome. We currently offer the following classes:
Thursdays 6:15-7:30 pm (Elizabeth)
Sundays 5:30-6:45 pm (Lindsey)
Mondays 12:15-1:15 pm (Elizabeth)
Fridays 12:15-1:15 pm (Krista)
