with Annie Mahon
Do you want to start a mindfulness or meditation practice, but not sure how to go about it?
Are you having difficulty starting or sustaining a mindfulness or meditation practice?
Do you have questions about mindfulness or your practice that you would like answered by someone with extended mindfulness and meditation experience?
You might benefit from a 60-minute or 90-minute mindfulness session with a mindfulness teacher at Circle Yoga.
Private mindfulness sessions at Circle Yoga are tailored to the student’s particular needs, and can range from being guided through meditations on loving-kindness or forgiveness, to asking questions about an aspect of meditation. In a private session, you can learn how to begin a mindfulness meditation practice, ask about difficulties you may be having with your meditation, or look deeply together at thoughts and emotions that arise during your meditation practice. The time is yours to use as you like.
Fees: $95 for 60 minutes; $135 for 90 minutes.
