John Lee
Contact: massage3@circleyoga.com

John Lee, LMT, has been a massage therapist and bodywork practitioner for over 25 years. In that time he has come to understand that there is no one-size-fits-all treatment. He is humbled by the complexity of each and every person who walks through his door and how individually and carefully he must approach treating them. As such, he has studied many types of modalities—including connective tissue massage, strain counterstrain, trigger point therapy, and Thai table stretching—which are manual techniques to treat muscle dysfunction. John has also obtained a certification in biodynamic craniosacral therapy and attained 3rd degree level Reiki as a master practitioner. He endeavors to weave this varied body of learning and experience together for the highest good of the client. He is proud to say he is a bodywork nerd.

All new clients can expect their first appointment to be scheduled for 90 minutes. John handles your wellness with care, deliberately taking the time to get to know all he can about you. Your first appointment will include a review of your intake form and some preliminary assessments, which will help inform how he approaches your session and overall treatment. Any subsequent appointments can be scheduled for 60, 75 or 90 minutes.
