Chanting is a simple-to-learn technique that has been practiced among yogis and in many other traditions for thousands of years. In chanting, we create rich, vibratory sounds and we simultaneously benefit from listening to and feeling those sounds in our bodies. Chanting repeatedly can help to quiet our normally chattering minds and give us access to deeper sensation, feeling, and insight. In this workshop students will learn two simple chants, practice pronunciation and tune into the vibration. Chairs are available.
