Join us for this donation-based Off the Mat Community Class in December. Using the wisdom of Ayurveda, we will explore delicious and nourishing foods and spices to help keep us healthy and grounded as we approach the holidays. Learn about the qualities of foods that are best for this time of year, get tips for eating in a calm and mindful manner, and experiment with taste testing, trying the 6 tastes of Ayurveda. There will be some food sampling. Suggested minimum donation is $5.
