Are you suffering from chronic tension in your neck and shoulders? Working too hard to maintain good posture? Spending too much time slumped over the computer or strapped in a car? This workshop is for you! Youll learn how to release tension in your neck, shoulders, and upper back so that you can stand, sit, and move with more spaciousness and ease. Well use a combination of stretching, strengthening, passive release, body awareness, and breath awareness to help balance out the muscles in this area of the body. You will receive a handout with photos to help you practice at home. Previous experience with yoga is not required.
