Take some time to let go! Even if your neck and jaw only seem a little bit tight, getting them to release can make a huge difference to your overall sense of well-being. In this workshop we'll do a bit of whole-body relaxation and stretching, then zero in on the neck and jaw with targeted yoga poses, self-massage, and release techniques. We'll also go over alignment tips that may help prevent neck and jaw stiffness. And you'll receive a handout with all the exercises and tips for easy reference. Come find relaxation, and then take it home with you!
