Join us for this donation-based Off the Mat Community Class in April. Spring is the season for cleansing, renewal, and growth. Just as we clean out the debris that has accumulated in our yards, spring is also a good time to remove the toxins and heaviness that have built up in our bodies over the winter. Come and get a taste of things you can do to help purify and cleanse your body and mind in the spring. We will review both dietary and lifestyle tips to improve digestion and increase energy and vitality. A delicious digestive tea will be served at the end of the class.
