A Kundalini Yoga Practice: Nabhi Kriya

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of breath techniques, stretching, movement, mantra, meditation and relaxation that empowers one on all levels. It gives energy and impetus for strength, growth, success and well-being.

Nabhi refers to the nerve plexus surrounding the navel center. The Kriya or yoga practice focuses and balances the energy at the Navel Point and Heart Center. It develops strength, tones the abdominals and alleviates mild depression. The following meditation is suitable for beginners. It brings clarity and perception to relationships with yourself and others.
