Balancing Body and Mind with the Feldenkrais® Method
Many things in life challenge our balance—how do we get it back? By working with our attention and slow, gentle movement, it's possible to reconnect the places in our bodies and minds where we have lost the ground. The Feldenkrais Method introduces each one us to the limitless capacity for improvement that opens up when we become engaged and curious. Awareness Through Movement lessons and class discussion during this series will be organized around the the theme of finding physical integrity and emotional dignity in the midst of an ever-changing world.
