Everyday Mindfulness and Stress Management for Teens (ages 14 to 18) is designed to strengthen emotional regulation and attention, expand students' repertoire of stress management skills, and help them integrate mindfulness into daily life. Each session includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness skills in a group setting. This class offers teens an opportunity to practice mindfulness in a supportive environment where everyone is accepted and welcome.

Drop-in purchases must be made at least one hour in advance.
