Flow Level 1-2

Flow Yoga gently warms the body, softens the heart and steadies the mind. The basic Sun Salutation sequence is used to connect various standing and floor poses. Each pose (asana) is linked to the next via breath, leading to a flowing series of movements. The intention is that students bring this sense of 'flow' (vinyasa) off the mat and to other parts of their lives.
