Flow Level 2-3

Flow yoga classes involve moving through sequences of poses in rhythm with the breath. The focus is on dynamic movement, refining the transitions that link poses together, and building strength and flexibility for more challenging postures. In Flow Level 2-3 classes, students explore more challenging variations of standing pose sequences than in Flow Level 2 and will work with jump backs in sun salutations. Students will also be introduced to more challenging inversions and arm balances. Students should be very comfortable in Flow Level 2 classes before taking Flow Level 2-3 classes.
