iRest Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is an ancient healing practice that brings deep rest to body and mind. iRest Yoga Nidra uses the roots and essential elements of this ancient practice with a more accessible and modern approach. iRest combines deep relaxation with breath awareness, mindfulness, and self-inquiry. During iRest, students can expect to lie down comfortably with the support of blankets and other props, and they will be guided through various meditations. The challenge is to rest at ease while observing and welcoming sensations, breath, feelings, emotions, beliefs, images, and memories that naturally arise. No yoga, meditation, or Yoga Nidra experience is required.
