Mindful Mornings

Begin your week with ease and joy. In this gentle morning mini series, we will wake up to ourselves using mindfulness practices such as guided, silent and moving meditations, compassionate self-awareness practices, hearing mindful writing and poetry, and sharing our hearts in community. We will practice to cultivate awareness of our habit energies, transform those that no longer serve us, and celebrate and savor the people we already are. No experience needed. Partial scholarships available.
