Mindfulness and Relaxation

Mondays, 4:00-5:00pm

Enjoy a needed break on Monday afternoons to rest with a gentle guided meditation, listen to a short mindfulness teaching, ask questions about the practices, and share whatever is on your heart. This class will support your well-being and you will leave feeling refreshed and ready to face whatever happens next. No experience needed.

Drop-in purchases must be made at least one hour in advance.
