Mobility, Stability, and Possibility with the Feldenkrais Method®

What does it take to create real change in our bodies? We are complex systems and our movement is not only affected by the state of our muscles and joints, but also by our emotions and habits. That's why any movement practice is ultimately a process of self-exploration. The Feldenkrais Method® offers a unique learning process, modeled on the magical experience of infancy when, in a state of wonder, we learned to use our bodies for the first time. Each class will consist of an Awareness Through Movement lesson designed to help you investigate your habitual patterns of movement and create new, easier options. You will learn essential components of the art of self-care and self-study that also be applied to deepen your yoga practice and improve the activities of every day life.
