Pilates for Beginners
This series is designed to ease beginners into the Pilates mat system. Students will develop core strength, coordination, balance, and focus as they are guided step by step through the fundamental exercises and concepts. Pilates is challenging, but students will learn to move safely, incorporating modifications and props as needed to ensure confidence. Each class builds on what was learned in the previous class.
