Pre-Teen Yoga & Mindfulness
Pre-Teen Yoga and Mindfulness is a fun and age-appropriate yoga class for kids ages 8 to 12. Classes include yoga poses, breathing, movement, mindfulness practices and games, music and creativity, and always relaxation. This class offers pre-teens an opportunity to practice yoga and mindfulness in a supportive environment where everyone is accepted and welcome.
