Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga classes at Circle Yoga offer moms-to-be the opportunity to relax, build strength and flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies. Prenatal Yoga also provides expectant moms with tools that can help them prepare for childbirth and postpartum recovery—including breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and mind/body awareness.
