Rejuvenate with Restoratives
Press pause on your to-do list and give yourself the time to reintegrate and rejuvenate. In this restorative yoga series, you will rest in relaxing yoga poses that are completely supported by blankets, bolsters, and other props. We will also work with the breath to cool and calm the brain. By creating the time and space to nurture yourself and to simply let go, you set the stage for finding clarity of mind, joy, and a benevolent quality of being. All are welcome; no yoga experience necessary.
