Strength and Cardio

We dare you to challenge yourself in this class that will focus on strength and cardiovascular endurance. Challenge yourself as you strengthen all muscle groups using weights and a variety of props available at home, including towels, pillows, and your bodyweight. Challenge yourself as you tackle your choice of low or high impact cardio intervals to increase your metabolism. While this class will include a variety of workouts, we will track your progress in the same four essential functional exercises each week. Although modifications will be offered, this class is not recommended for students with significant balance issues or injuries/special conditions that require less intensity.
