Total Body Bootcamp

Expect to sweat and enjoy a vigorous practice with upbeat music! This class combines barre conditioning and yoga with some faster paced movement to build strength, endurance, and flexibility. Barre combines isometric holds and high reps of both small and larger movements to target specific muscle groups, increase core stability, and build stamina. Light hand weights will be incorporated into some movements. Students will set individual goals the first week and will measure progress over the course of the session. The instructor will offer alignment cues and modifications to keep students healthy and accommodate individual limitations. Because this class is higher intensity and faster paced, it is not recommended for students with significant balance issues or injuries/special conditions that require a slower pace.
