Total Body Fitness

Total Body Fitness is a dynamic, full-body workout that will leave you feeling energetic and strong. In this fast paced and fun class, we combine strength building exercises with balance, core work, flexibility, and a little bit of cardio--all while ensuring that we are keeping our bodies safe with the correct form throughout the class. We work hard, we sweat, we have a great time, and we always end with a little bit of much-deserved relaxation. We use a variety of props including hand weights or sandbags, and we use a lot of our own body weight to provide resistance too! Total Body Fitness has a similar structure throughout the session, while also changing week to week to keep our bodies guessing and our stamina growing. Because this class is higher intensity and faster paced, it is not recommended for students with significant balance issues or injuries/special conditions that require a slower pace.
