Yoga and Mindfulness for Mothers

Yoga and Mindfulness for Mothers is a chance to step out of the chaos and reconnect with yourself. We'll move through yoga sequences to help release tension in the neck and shoulders, create more core stability, and bring our bodies into alignment. Breath work, mindfulness exercises, and deeply restorative poses will ground and center us so that we can more fully engage with our lives and our families.
