Yoga Deep Dive: Off the Mat and Into YOUR World!
Over this 4-week series, we will take a deep dive into the thoughtful book, Living Your Yoga, by Judith Lasater. We will reflect on the principles outlined in the book that appear in our every day life. We will discuss topics like compassion, letting go, boundaries and control. We will support one anther on integrating these practices into daily life and relationships through discussions and reflections. We will spend part of the time also in a movement practice that is safe and accessible for all, so please dress in comfy clothes. You will need your own copy of the book, and please bring a journal!
