Yoga for Osteoporosis
This series is designed for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia as well as for anyone who wants to build stronger bones. It will include the original 12-pose sequence that has been shown to increase bone density as well as the second 12-pose sequence. In addition, it will include other poses that build bone and core strength and improve posture and balance. Students of all levels welcome.
