Yoga for Strength and Mobility
This class focuses on creating strength and control in all our ranges of motion. We'll use modern movement science combined with traditional yoga postures to build healthier, more resilient tissues. Creative sequences will move at an intentionally unhurried pace to continually challenge body and mind. Open to students who are comfortable in Yoga Level 1 and higher.
