We want to share the benefits of yoga, mindfulness-based practices, and wellness with all people in our community. Circle Yoga offers the following donation-based classes and mindfulness meditation opportunities. Please make donations as you can afford to.

Yoga for Women with Cancer Experience

Sundays, 12:00-1:00 pm
Suggested donation: $5+
This gentle class is designed for women with breast, gynecologic, and other cancers. It includes breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate during and after cancer treatment.

Sunday Community Class

These "all levels" classes are taught by graduates of the 200-hr Circle Yoga Teacher Training.

For the time being, the Sunday Community Class has been canceled. We have had a difficult time building student participation since we moved to Zoom last spring. We will revisit this offering when we're able to practice in person at the studio again.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm
Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 am
Fridays, 12:00-1:00 pm
On Mondays, join the Opening Heart Mindfulness Community for sitting and walking meditation and a facilitated discussion. Wednesday and Friday sessions include sitting and walking meditation, but there is no facilitated discussion.
