We want to share the benefits of yoga, mindfulness-based practices, and wellness with all people in our community. Circle Yoga offers the following donation-based classes and mindfulness meditation opportunities. Please make donations as you can afford to.

Gentle Yoga
Community Class

Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 pm
Virtual only
Suggested donation: $5+

This class is designed to reach people who have limited access to yoga. If you know seniors or others who may benefit from this virtual class—or if you are connected to non-profit working with clients who may benefit—please connect them with Circle Yoga. For participants who are able to make a contribution, the suggested donation is $5+, but no donation is required to participate in this class.

Group Circle

Yoga for Women
with Cancer Experience

Sundays, 12:00-1:00 pm
Virtual only
Suggested donation: $5+

This gentle class is designed for women with breast, gynecologic, and other cancers. It includes breathing exercises, slow arm stretches, healing yoga sequences, restorative yoga and balancing work appropriate during and after cancer treatment.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mondays, 7:00-8:30 pm (hybrid)
Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00 am (virtual)
Fridays, 12:00-1:00 pm (virtual)

The Opening Heart Mindfulness Community is open to everyone and meets to practice sitting and walking meditation and discuss mindfulness-related topics every Monday (in person and virtual), Wednesday (virtual), and Friday (virtual). We practice together in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.
