Elizabeth Hubley

Elizabeth is honored to be able to share her yoga practice through teaching. She began her yoga journey in New York City and quickly began to embrace one of the practice's greatest lessons: the ability to find calm amidst the chaos. She completed her certification with 5th Element Yoga in Arizona and is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 200) with the Yoga Alliance, having completed over 1,000 hours of teaching over the last 6 years.

Elizabeth loves making yoga accessible to everyone and has taught families in rural towns in Central America, retreat guests on pristine beaches, and at studios and homes in the Washington, DC area. She works to inspire students to embrace who they are and who they want to become both on the mat and in the world.

What to expect in class

In her classes, Elizabeth encourages her students to confront challenges, find space, and delight at the ways we are able to learn and change every day. She provides opportunities to explore both body and mind through the diverse styles that she teaches - weaving elements of vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga into her classes. Elizabeth connects with each one of her students, offering modifications, adjustments, and often laughter to provide a safe environment for self-study and growth.
