Jessie Pangallo

Jessie first fell in love with Pilates in college as she began her fitness journey. The beautiful ebb and flow of the movements called to her in a way no other modality could. She became certified in 2009 and has been teaching ever since. Jessie believes exercise should never be a punishment. Her goal throughout her fitness career has been to make clients feel taller, lighter, and just plain better than when they walked in the door. Her specialties include senior fitness, balance training and postural improvement, and prenatal and postnatal Pilates and yoga.
