As a yoga teacher, Kate Miller brings over 20 years of teaching experience. With a gift for teaching yoga to all levels and physical conditions, she loves to weave words of inspiration and spirit into her clear, direct, alignment-based instruction. Kate encourages her students to think outside the box and look at how their physical and emotional environments shape their bodies, minds and hearts.
