Meagan began practicing yoga in 2007 after many years spent as a classical ballet dancer. She teaches a breath-based yoga practice with a focus on investigating presence in the body and the mind. Most recently, her yoga teaching and personal practice have been influenced by strength training and functional movement in different waysalways using many props, modifications, and a sense of humor. Meagan completed her 200-hour teacher training at Past Tense Yoga Studio (Mt. Pleasant, DC) in 2017.
