Dr. Megan Anderson, PT, DPT, is a Physical Therapist and Medical Yoga Therapist specializing in women’s health. She partners with her clients to help them reach their goals integrating her medical background with intelligent, intentional yoga. Yoga has enabled her to connect with her clients on a more meaningful, functional level. She is a forever student of anatomy, mindfulness, and self development and enjoys sharing elements of these in her classes and individual sessions.
