Michele Russ

With a background in graphic design and a lifelong interest in health and well being, Michele first came to yoga while moving all over the country as a military spouse and raising her two boys. What attracted her most to yoga was the deep level of stillness and calm achieved through the physical practice. Yoga is about building a relationship between body, mind, and the breath — Michele's intention is to help students experience and deepen this relationship through challenging, yet nurturing classes so that they can step off the mat feeling renewed and balanced. Michele (E-RYT200) completed her 200-hour training through Sky House in 2015 and recently completed her Master's degree in Health & Wellness Coaching.
