A Hip and Low Back Workshop

In this 90-minute workshop we will look at some of the common postural imbalances that can result from spending more time than normal on connected devices. After a brief exploration of our own postural tension and habits, we will do a practice focused on relaxing tight muscles in the hips and low back, strengthening the muscles of postural support and stretching out tight hips to find freedom in the low back. All levels welcome.
This workshop will be offered on Zoom. Workshops are not recorded, so be sure to join us for the live event!
