Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra

The soothing practices of restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra are combined for this special workshop to help you deeply rest and rejuvenate. Supported by blankets and props, we will practice passive restorative yoga poses that help to create ease in the body, calm the nervous system, and draw our attention inward. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice well known for its ability to improve sleep and facilitate deep rest. We will use Yoga Nidra to deepen our ability to open to and notice all the layers of our experiencebody sensations, breath, thoughts, emotionsjust as they are, without judgement or reactivity.
