Hip Openers in a Whole New Way

Expect this hip opening practice to be a little different. We will explore the muscles of the hips and legs that facilitate range of motion while creating support and stability for the hip joint. This will be fun! In addition to yoga asana, we will work with blanket slides, blocks, and other movement practices that target healthy, mobile hips. Maria is a certified yoga teacher as well as a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist. This workshop is appropriate for students who are comfortable in Yoga Level 1-2 classes and above.
