Moving Well From Your Center

What does it mean to move from your core? How do your core muscles support your freedom of movement and protect you from going to far? Join Maria for a fun and dynamic class engaging the core muscles of the abdominals to build and support stability in the body. From this proximal stability we will explore moving well from our center. The practice will include familiar yoga asana and other forms of movement exploration. This workshop is appropriate for students who are comfortable in Yoga Level 1-2 classes and above.
