Self-Care for the Postpartum Mom

This workshop is designed for postpartum moms, though doulas, postnatal yoga teachers, and other practitioners who support postpartum moms will also learn valuable tools and practices to enhance their work.
The postpartum months are a time of intense changes and challenges. Join Diana Zotos Florio, the New York-based founder of Threes Physiyoga, for a unique workshop on how to support your whole selfbody, mind, and spiritafter you have a baby. We'll build community and encourage skillful self-care as you:
- Learn how to use posture, breath, and mindfulness to care for your abdominal wall, diaphragm, and pelvic floor
- Train in healthy alignment for nursing, lifting, and carrying your baby
- Talk about how to prioritize and manage the demands on your body, mind, and spirit so that you can find more time in your life for what matters most
Learn about and register for other sessions with Diana Zotos Florio. Since these workshops are taking place off-site, each student will need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket (more, if needed for comfort), two blocks, and a strap. Questions? Email email@example.com.
