Staying Healthy in the Transition to Fall

As we move into fall, and the heat of summer gives way to cooler and drier air, we need to nourish and prepare our bodies for the transition. Come and learn some strategies for maintaining good health and stability, and nourishing your body so as not to get depleted. Using principles from both yoga and Ayurveda, we will talk about how to keep your digestion and vitality strong. We will look at dietary tips, beneficial yoga poses and practices, and establishing a daily routine to stay balanced. There will be some demonstrations, practice, and an opportunity for tasting a nourishing tea. All levels of yoga experience welcome.
