Transforming Self-Doubt into Kindness

If you tend to doubt your actions, worry if you made the right decision, or replay conversations in your head to see if you said the right things, this workshop is for you. We will use mindfulness practices to help us get to know our self-doubting parts without believing it and gain the ability to see our actions through a clearer lens. Even if self-doubt is not your go-to, these practices can be used for transforming other challenges such as self-judgement or self-sabotage.
